Respondent-Divorce with Children

This option is for the respondent/defendant in a divorce proceeding where there are minor (under 18) children born to the marriage. This option does not include filing any of the initial documents required for case opening. This option includes documents required by the respondent including but not limited to answer, financial affidavit & notice of current email and mailing address.
