- Documents On The Go is a document preparation service; is not a Law Firm, is not eligible to provide legal advise and none of it's services or interactions with its' staff, members or partners should be considered as legal advise. 

 

What service(s) does Documents On The Go (DOTG) offer?

- Documents On The Go offer's Non-Lawyer'd assistance with filling out documents on your behalf, eliminating the guess work out of what document's the Clerk of Court and or the Court Staff require to obtain a Final Judgment or to resolve your case.

 

What's included in a package?

- Packages include e-signature, our office completing all forms necessary for your case file to be accepted with your choice of Clerk of Court's, e-filing service ( electronically filed with the Clerk of Courts), personal or proof of service initiation, hearing request, hearing preparation and a free gift at the end of your service.

 

"What if I want a divorce but my spouse and I have been separated for many years and I have no idea where they are, can I still get a divorce?"

- Yes, there are options for people like you and your spouse. You can even get divorced if you knew where your spouse was but he/she does not want to participate in the court proceedings. 

 

I have a criminal record and I want to get it expunged. How long is the process and what steps do I need to take?

- Our expungement service starts from the initiation of payment and you, the client providing our office with details of your criminal history. This service works only if you know what charges you have that you want to dispute. Not all criminal charges can be discharged from your criminal history (see a full list of disqualifying offenses at https://www.fdle.state.fl.us/Seal-and-Expunge-Process/Reasons-for-Denial under Disqualifying Charges for Sealing/Expungement. The length of time it takes to remove offenses relies on the time frame it takes for the Court in which the charges were assessed (which in many Circuits it takes 4-6 weeks) to receive a Certificate of Eligibility. Review the Florida Department of Law Enforcement's (FDLE) website for processing times.

 

The payment arraignment option is giving me an error when I add my card. Why am I getting this error?

Shop Pay has some restrictions listed in the Shop Pay Installments eligibility that might prevent your payment method from being accepted by the gateway. Here are some of the requirements? 

  • Must be a Visa, Mastercard or Amex or other card supported by Affirm
  • Capital One Cards and Pre-Paid Cards cannot be used towards installments purchases
  • Must be a full Credit Card (some Debit cards aren't guaranteed to be accepted).
  • Must be capable of making online purchases.
  • Must have a billing address and details matching exactly what your bank has on file.
