This has been a great way to offer permanency for those who are under the age of 18 that have not been adjudicated dependent by a court with consent from their parents.  This service does not constitute as legal advice. You provide us with information needed for documents we have collectively bundled together from WWW.FLCOURTS.GOV. All forms used in this package are Supreme Court Approved documents. With the information you provide, our staff will enter your information in the appropriate fields on each form, send them to you via email to sign, e-file the documents with the appropriate Clerk of Courts office, request a hearing and provide you with an exclusive free gift while supplies last. Please note, you have the option to request up to 3 additional forms be completed on behalf of the respondent, request a summons for service in the city the respondent resides in OR request a notice of action; choosing 2 out of 3 options will result in an additional fee of $150.00.
