Refund policy

Documents On The Go will gladly provide clients with a FULL refund within 24 hours of purchase OR prior to a Documents On The Go representative's contact with the client. Should a customer/client speak with a Documents On The Go representative prior to making a payment a  refund can be requested within 24 hours after the payment was made. The refund after speaking with a Documents On The Go representative will be subject to a non-refundable $150 administrative fee.
